It is essential, in our Christian walk, that we have something definite in view and that we strike out for that one goal.
It is important that we do not lose sight of the starting point in a religious life, and that we measure the steps already walked.
But it is likewise necessary to keep the end in view and that the steps required to reach the standard are always in sight.
