Against injustice and violence here and now, this meaningful and valuable information was prepared by our YAG members and shared in the fellowship after the on-line worship for the awareness of the evil and lamenting and acting together as His people in the world;
“Hello everyone! During today’s YAG fellowship many people’s prayer requests included putting an end to racism and the injustices that are going on in the black community. It was like a domino effect as each person shared, they talked about wanting change specifically for our black brothers and sisters. So as we asked what we could do to help, HS, YR and SR found some helpful links.
The first link is a blog post by a brother of mine named Young Yi who is the current director at MSU’s Riverview Church. His post may be challenging, but please read to the end as he has a lot of great points that we need to reflect on as the body of Christ;
“Gospel is our Only Hope”
The second link is an all-encompassing resource of ways you can help. It includes signing petitions, giving donations, texting/calling, and learning more about black lives matter movement.
Please do not let this topic stop here! We encourage you to continue spreading awareness, having open discussions, and learning about your own biases.
Much love everyone <3″
Every one who heard this messages, said yes to do as much as we can… God bless us and our community in Your love and justice and peace… Amen!
